CURRENT RESEARCH: 

• Discovery of predictive and pharmacodynamic biomarkers for patient segmentation to oncology, immune and cardiovascular therapies.

• Computational biology, genomics and genetics applications towards problems in biopharmaceutical R&D (MOA, new targets, predictive markers etc.).

• Analysis of large-scale molecular profiling data and genetic data (microarray, RNA-seq, GWAS, CNV, proteomic platforms) in pre-clinical and clinical populations (through Phase III).
  

• Gene regulatory networks. Identification of disease associated pathways. Computational approaches towards annotation of functional DNA variants.

• Database development and integration of clinical genomic, genetic and profiling information.

PAST RESEARCH:

• DNA pattern recognition and computational analyses of transcription regulatory elements in eukaryotic genomes

• RNA-protein recognition in the ribosomes; study of L11-rRNA using mutational and biophysical approaches.
