• Discovery of novel therapeutic targets and diagnostic biomarkers patient segmentation to therapies.

• Computational genomics and genomics.

• Analysis of large-scale molecular profiling data (such as microarray) and genetic data (GWAS, CNV) in pre-clinical and clinical population for identification of new targets and diagnostic or prognostic markers for patient segmentation.

• Transcriptional regulatory networks. Idenfification of disease associated pathways. Computational approaches towards annotation of functional DNA variants.

• Database development and integration of genomic, genetic and profiling information.

• DNA pattern recognition and computational analyses of transcription regulatory elements in eukaryotic genomes
